Get in touch
Tell me what is not working.
The most useful first message is short and specific. I read everything and reply to anything I can genuinely help with — and I will say so plainly when I cannot.
That address goes straight to me — no assistant, no CRM auto-responder, no sequence you did not ask for. The form at the bottom of this page lands in the same inbox.
What to put in it
Who you are and what you do
One or two lines. Company, role, what the business actually sells.
What you think is not working
In your own words. “Traffic is flat”, “the site is slow”, “we rank but nobody converts”, “I don’t know what’s wrong” are all fine starting points.
What you have already tried
Saves us both a call. If you have an audit from someone else, send it — I will tell you honestly whether it was any good.
Anything with a deadline
If there is a launch, a migration or a board meeting driving this, say so up front. It changes what I would recommend.
What happens next
I reply within a couple of working days, usually sooner. If it looks like something I can help with, I will suggest a short call — a real conversation about the problem, not a sales script with a discovery framework bolted on.
If I am not the right person, I will tell you that and, where I can, point you at someone who is. That costs me nothing and occasionally saves you a great deal.
Elsewhere
You can also reach me on LinkedIn, where most of my professional history and recommendations live.
I am based in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and work remotely with clients anywhere.
One thing worth saying
Plenty of good projects started with nothing more than “this should be working better than it is.” If that is where you are, that is a perfectly good opening line.
